Katy Perry is a 28 year old star, she was not an overnight sucsess,she actually got dropped from 3 record deals.Katy was born in santa barbra,her parents was very protective to her,she was only allowed to listen to gospel music,and go to church,or do church stuff.When she was 18 she moved to LA,she started to do stuff that broke her parents rules,thats when she started to get noticed!
In 2007 katy started to get famous,she released i kissed a girl and ur so gay,which were her first hit singles.People started noticing her more.She started to get millions of friends on facebook,thousands of followers on twitter,and gets lots of fans. In 2011 she came out with her teenage dream album,which had 5 number 1 hits(ca gurls,teenage dream,et,tgif,firework).So far in her career she has had 11 #1 hit singles.Katy came out with her biggest tour yet CALIFORNIA DREAMS TOUR!Katy worked so hard and later that year,she married russel brand,Her relation ship crumbled russel divorced her.She had a choice to go on with her tour or to stop the tour and go home,She was brave she chose to go on with the tour!
In 2012 Katy came out with an biography about her life that movie was SPECTACULAR!!!!! in the moviewomen and she is deffinitly a role model.
